Dr. Christopher St.John is a Senior Vice President of MSC.Software Corporation and is responsible for all business in the Asia Pacific region, which includes Japan, PRC, Korea, Australia, India, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore.
For 5 years prior to relocating to Japan in January 2002, Dr. St.John was head of the European Operations of MSC.Software. Before joining MSC.Software in 1991 Dr. St.John held posts with universities and engineering consulting practices in both the UK and the USA. His field of expertise is in the application of numerical models to the solution of engineering problems. Dr. St.John completed his studies at London University, Imperial College of Science and Technology, UK. He obtained a BSc degree in Mining Engineering in 1967 and was awarded a Ph.D in 1972 for research on the topic of Numerical Modelling in Rock Mechanics. |
