Christopher represents clients in the area of environmental law in connection with permitting, licensing, and enforcement matters before local, state and federal agencies in areas such as land use, (wetland, stream encroachment, coastal programs, tidelands), brownfields redevelopment, site remediation/ cleanup, solid and hazardous waste regulation, air and water pollution control, and water supply.
Christopher�s practice includes regulatory and transactional work as well as litigation.
