With more than a decade of retained search, business management, and leadership development experience, Chris has created a functional approach to the problems of leadership transition and selection. His passion for working with people is what drives the RSMR work ethic and creative spark. Chris advocates technical education and solid business principles and has presented to engineering groups, human resource professionals, and philanthropic organizations on topics such as: Developing A Career Path and Finding Leaders That Fit. He devotes much of his free time to civic causes, supporting charitable efforts, and sponsoring non-partisan public policy discourse. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Drake University. |
