Christopher Zang has over 15 years of experience in the software industry and more than 10 years in managing support and service operations. He is the vice president of services and support of Mimosa Systems, Inc. a provider of information management solutions. He joins the company from Tegrity where he served as Vice President of Client Services & Operations. Previously he was with AXS-One as the Vice President of Client Services, responsible for customer training, documentation, Q/A, and support operations. Prior to AXS-One, Christopher was the VP Technical Services at IXOS Software (now OpenText) where he joined early in the startup phase and built a multi-national support and services organization from the ground up.Additionally, he worked for leading global organizations, including Siemens, and Nixdorf Computer AG. Christopher's track record includes achieving a 95% customer renewal rate for 8 consecutive years at IXOS Software. |
