Practice Areas Business Litigation Real Estate Litigation Experience Christy Anderson brings a broad range of both trial and appellate experience to the clients of Faegre & Benson. She has handled a wide variety of business litigation cases including complex contract disputes, non-compete and trade secret litigation, and business tort disputes. Christy's real estate litigation cases have given her experience in the areas of mechanic's lien foreclosures, zoning, adverse possession and forcible entry and detainer actions. Christy has also engaged in the arbitration and mediation of numerous commercial disputes, has assisted in obtaining temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions in state court, and has handled appeals at both the state and federal level.
