Ms. Scott's general litigation experience includes consumer financial services litigation, automobile negligence claims, complex commercial litigation and other business disputes. Ms. Scott's experience also includes adoption matters, including newborn adoptions (both within Michigan and interstate), foster parent adoptions, and gestational surrogacies.
While in law school, Ms. Scott participated in the Trial Practice Institute. After winning various scholastic awards, including the Dean Charles King Scholarship, she graduated in the top ten percent of her law school class.
