As vice president of engineering, Mr. Udokwu is responsible for managing Sonus� industry-leading worldwide engineering team and guiding the company�s technology development. He joins Sonus most recently from Cisco Systems, Inc. where he was responsible for managing the design, development and release of the company�s Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) based software technologies. During his more than 25 years� experience Mr. Udokwu was Vice President of Engineering at Seranoa Networks, Alcatel�s Optical Networking Division, and Astral Point; Vice President of Customer Engineering and Product Assurance at Lucent; and Senior Vice President of Engineering at MILGO-TIMEPLEX Solutions. He attended the Columbia University School of Engineering where he received a Master of Science degree in Operations Research and a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science. |
