Chuck Farrell joined IDP in 2003, and is the Assistant Vice President of Business Solutions. He is responsible for business analysis and requirements definitions in support of implementations, consulting engagements, and core product work within IDP. In addition to his current role, he has also served as the Engagement Manager (Client Relationship / Project Manager) for two IDP::Policy Client implementations and as the Product Engineering Manager for the development and delivery of the IDP:: Billing, IDP::Claims, and IDP::Reinsurance modules. Farrell has also served as the vice president of Information Technology for a small multi-state, multi-lines P&C insurance company; the Assistant Vice President / Senior Program Manager for an Enterprise Document Management / Workflow System implementation at AON Affinity Services; and in a number of technical leadership positions in CIGNA's P&C Insurance Systems Division. In addition to his broad-based technical and managerial knowledge and skills, Farrell has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University. |
