Claude Sullivan has practiced labor law for more than 35 years. His primary focus has been in the representation of airlines covered by the Railway Labor Act. He has handled numerous union election cases, negotiated more than 100 collective bargaining agreements covering airline employees, and has frequently represented airline clients in arbitration hearings. He has received training and participated in interest-based bargaining.
He was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 1969 and is a member of the Atlanta and American Bar Associations. He has frequently served as a member of the faculty of the ALI-ABA Course on Airline Labor and Employment Law
Claude has frequently been named one of Georgia's Super Lawyers in Atlanta Magazine and is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He is AV� Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
