Mr. Williams has served as the Company�s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2005. He served as Varco�s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2003 to March 11, 2005. From May 2002 until January 2003, Mr. Williams served as Varco�s Vice President Finance and Corporate Development.
