Clay Keim represents employers in a wide-range of matters involving breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, and employment discrimination and harassment. He also has extensive experience in labor law matters, including opposing union organizing campaigns and litigating unfair labor practice charges. Clay counsels businesses on the entire range of workplace issues and frequently conducts management training on employment law, labor law and other issues of concern to employers. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and is also AV� Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Clay is a member of the Spartanburg County Bar and the South Carolina Bar. He is admitted to practice before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the state and federal courts in South Carolina. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Spartanburg Bucks basketball club which fields more than 15 youth, touring basketball teams each year. He has also been active with local youth through coaching Upward Basketball and Spartanburg Bucks basketball teams. Clay also is active with Junior Achievement and currently serves as chairman of the Board and Staff Committee.
