Clayton S. Rose, Ph.D. has been a director since July 2004. Dr. Rose has been a senior lecturer at Harvard Business School since July 2007, and has also taught at Columbia University�s Graduate School of Business and New York University�s Stern School of Business. From 1981 through 2000, Dr. Rose worked at JP Morgan & Co, Inc. He held a series of senior management positions at JP Morgan, including heading each of the firm�s Global Investment Banking and Global Equities divisions and serving as a member of the firm�s executive committee. He also served as vice chairman and chief operating officer of the investment bank of JP Morgan Chase & Co. following the merger of the two firms. Dr. Rose serves as a director of Public/Private Ventures, is a member of the board of managers of Highbridge Capital, is a trustee of the National Opinion Research Center, and is a member of the Council for the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. He received his A.B and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and his M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. |
