Clayton graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. No stranger to hard work, he put himself through college by taking a wide variety of technical jobs, including three internships. Clayton attributes the strong foundations of his skill set, including his abilities in requirements analysis, to the diversity of his early experience. After completing his degree, Clayton began working with BearingPoint, one of the world�s largest providers of management and technology consulting services. Here, he focused his efforts on providing technology strategy, systems design and architecture, and applications implementation to clients such as the US Army Medical Department (AMEDD), US Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (MRMC). While working at BearingPoint, Clayton began to feel that his ability to directly effect change would be greater in a smaller organization, a realization that led him directly to VisionFoundry. At VisionFoundry, Clayton has been a strong advocate of the need to continually improve processes, analyze requirements rigorously, and document solutions in details. |
