Clayton Yeutter has served as a director since July 2002. Mr. Yeutter is Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Yeutter has been Of Counsel to Hogan & Hartson LLP, a law firm in Washington, D.C., since 1993 where he has an international trade and agricultural law practice. From 1985 through 1991, he served in the Reagan Administration as U.S. Trade Representative and in the first Bush Administration as Secretary of Agriculture. During 1991-92, he was Chairman of the Republican National Committee and then returned to the Bush Administration as Counselor to the President for most of 1992. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange from 1978 through 1985. In the 1970s, Mr. Yeutter held positions in the Nixon and Ford Administrations as Assistant Secretary of Agriculture for Marketing and Consumer Services, Assistant Secretary of Agriculture for International Affairs and Commodity Programs and Deputy Special Trade Representative. Mr. Yeutter is Chairman of the Board of Oppenheimer Funds, an institutional investment manager, Chairman of the Board of Crop Solutions, Inc., a privately-owned agricultural chemical company, Chairman of the Board of ACL and a director of America First, a privately-owned investment management company. |
