Clem Johnson joined Crist Associates as an Equity Partner in 2007 with more than ten years of executive search experience, having been with Russell Reynolds Associates and Heidrick & Struggles previously. Most recently at Russell Reynolds Associates, Clem served clients within the Industrial/Natural Resources and Corporate Officers Sectors. He has conducted senior executive and board searches internationally for major organizations across industry sectors and functional disciplines. In addition, Clem has extensive experience assisting private equity firms and other investors with the recruitment of their portfolio companies' senior leadership teams, with a particular functional emphasis on general management and financial officer disciplines.
Prior to his search career, Clem worked for Arthur Andersen's Chicago office in the worldwide Assurance and Advisory and Corporate Transactions groups. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Clem received his B.S. from Fairfield University and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. |
