An engineer and technologist with over 17 years of experience in the software field, Cliff Mercer sets TAG Network�s technology direction and manages its engineering team, overseeing the development and deployment of interactive television technology and applications. His strong relationships with key technical decision makers at all major North American cable MSOs, combined with an extensive knowledge of cable industry technologies, components and systems, make him an essential member of TAG Network's management team. Mr. Mercer is credited with driving the development and further innovation of TAG Network�s software systems, which leverage the existing video-on-demand infrastructures. Prior to joining TAG, Mr. Mercer was VP of Engineering at Kasenna, a leading provider of next-generation platforms for video content and service delivery. Previously, he worked for Liberate Technologies, an interactive TV platform vendor.
