Prior to arriving at Blaylock & Company, Cliff Swint spent 15 years on Wall Street structuring equity-linked transactions for U.S. and Canadian companies while employed with RBC Capital Markets, PaineWebber, and Kidder, Peabody. During this time, Mr. Swint executed billions of dollars of tax-efficient structures designed to reduce the risks and costs of share repurchases, equity cross-holdings and equity funding. At B&C, together with our highly rated balance sheet partners, Mr. Swint offers clients structuring and execution capabilities that are competitive with those of our largest bulge-bracket competitors.
Prior to working on Wall Street, Mr. Swint was an aerospace design engineer for a major defense electronics firm and has worked on various programs such as radar systems for the F-16 fighter and B-1 bomber.
Mr. Swint holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and an MS in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University. |
