Clifford E. DeBaptiste, 82, has served as a director of the Corporation since 1984 and a director of the Bank since 1975. Mr. DeBaptiste founded DeBaptiste Funeral Homes, Inc. in 1954 and presently serves as its Chairman, Supervisor and Director.
