Clifford S. Deremo joined Stevenson & Company after twenty years of senior management experience at several Fortune 200 manufacturing companies. Most recently, Mr. Deremo was with Avery Dennison as Vice President and General Manager of one of their operating divisions. This division manufactured highway safety products and was created as a result of Avery?s acquisition of Stimsonite Corporation in 1999. Prior to joining Stimsonite in 1995, Mr. Deremo was with FMC Corporation for fifteen years where he held finance, sales, and general management positions in a variety of industries including packaging, plastics, automation, and transportation. He also has extensive international experience having overseen operations in Europe, Latin America and Asia. As an operating manager, he has been involved in a number of acquisitions and divestitures ranging in size from $5-$150 million. Mr. Deremo has an MBA from the University of Michigan and a B.A. with High Honors from Michigan State University. He is currently a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Midwest Business Brokers & Intermediaries (MBBI) and The Executive Committee (TEC).
