Clifton L. Cooke, Jr. was elected to the Board of Directors on November 20, 2001 and was elected President and Chief Executive Officer on April 14, 2003. Previously, Mr. Cooke was founder and Chief Executive Officer of VisiCom Laboratories, which provided embedded real time products and services to its customers in industry and government. VisiCom grew to over $50 million in revenue before being acquired by Titan Corporation, where Mr. Cooke subsequently served as Executive Vice President. Prior to starting VisiCom in 1988, Mr. Cooke was founder and Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Digital Systems (ADS). ADS focused on providing engineering services for DoD satellite programs. Mr. Cooke received his B.A. degree in Applied Physics and Information Science from the University of California, San Diego. |
