Mr. Todd represents clients in matters involving breach of contract, antitrust, unfair competition, intellectual property, and business tort claims. Professional Activities - Mr. Todd is a member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco. Prior to law school, Mr. Todd served as a Legislative Aid in the Office of Senator Max Baucus in Washington, D.C. from 1995-1997. As a research investigator at the Fair Housing Institute of University of California Los Angeles School of Law in 1998, he investigated housing discrimination claims. Mr. Todd served as an extern for Justice Sue Leeson at the Supreme Court of the State of Oregon in 1999. In 2001, he clerked at the Court of Appeals of the State of Oregon for the Honorable Rives Kistler (currently Justice Kistler of the Supreme Court of the State of Oregon). Education - Mr. Todd graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1995 with a degree in psychology. He earned his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in 2000, where he completed a Certificate in Business Law, served on the Law Review Editorial Board of the Law Journal of Northwestern School of Law, and was a Pro Bono Honors Award Recipient. |
