Clinton S. Morse is the co-chair of LeClairRyan�s Labor and Employment practice group. He specializes in representation of unionized companies through collective bargaining negotiations, grievance and arbitrations and National Labor Relations Board matters for national and international companies with operations across the United States. Mr. Morse is considered one of this region�s key outside counsel for union-free management issues including union avoidance strategies, management training, and election campaigns. His clients range from defense contractors, high tech manufacturers, automotive suppliers and distributors, to paper, chemical and fiber conglomerates. In addition to labor law, his practice includes a broad range of employment law and wage and hour law. He is a sought-after speaker on labor and employment topics in Virginia and neighboring states, for employment, management and industry trade groups. Mr. Morse is a member of and was former chairman of the Labor Relations and Employment Law Section of the Virginia Bar Association. Mr. Morse has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America (labor and employment) from 1993 to present.
