Clinton Smith joined Atlantic Management Resources in 1999. He came to Atlantic Management with a strong background in recruiting and staffing. Having earned his Bachelors Degree from The New Jersey Institute of Technology in Human Resources, Clinton put his degree to work at Seton Hall University in their EOP Admission Office. From there, Clinton recruited for a staffing agency that specialized in temporary and permanent placement of both clerical and industrial personnel. With several succesful years of executive recruitment experience and a scholastic background in Human Resources Management, Clinton was promoted to become the team's "Operations Manager." In this position, he completes the task of driving all back office activities. Clinton finds coordinating and managing this aspect of the business very gratifying, due to his capitolization on detail, candidate review/openings and organizational skills. When not speaking with managers and candidates, Clinton enjoys ministry activities, spending time with his family, and listening to music.
