In her role as Chief People Officer, Coleen Smith is in charge of career development, recruiting, retention, and related employee programs. She brings over twenty years of knowledge and expertise to the company. Prior to joining Mimeo.com, Coleen was the Managing Director for North America and Latin America at Marsh Inc., a unit of Marsh and McLennan companies. Before Marsh, Smith spent 16 years at Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she held a variety of leadership positions including Vice President of Global Compensation, Vice President of Global People Development, and HR Director for several of their international divisions.
Smith has a Masters in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University, NY State School of Industrial & Labor Relations, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Villanova University. |
