Collin E. Roche Director
Mr. Roche has served as a director since July 2002. Mr. Roche is currently a Principal of GTCR Golder Rauner, L.L.C., which he joined in 1996 and rejoined in 2000 after receiving an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Prior to joining GTCR, Mr. Roche worked as an investment banking analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and as an associate at Everen Securities. He received a B.A. in Political Economy from Williams College. Mr. Roche serves on the board of directors of TNS, Inc., a provider of business-critical data communications services to processors of credit card, debit card and ATM transactions and of secure data and voice network services to the global financial services industry, Syniverse Holdings, Inc., a provider of mission-critical technology services to wireless telecommunications companies worldwide, and several private GTCR portfolio companies. |
