Columbia J. Warren is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, based in the Firm's Boston office. He is a member of the Corporate Department. Columbia's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, private equity transactions, and other matters of general corporate and securities law. In addition, Columbia has experience with energy markets regulation and energy derivatives, including a four month assignment to the energy commodities legal team at a leading investment bank.
Prior to attending law school, Columbia worked as an analyst at an emerging markets hedge fund with investments primarily in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Columbia is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
