Mr. Knock is our Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. From 1998 until he joined us in January 2000, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Racom Corporation, a wireless telecommunications company in Iowa. From 1993 until 1998, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc., a publicly-held telecommunications company headquartered in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He also served as the Controller for Atlantic Tele-Network from 1992 until 1993. Prior to joining Atlantic Tele-Network, Mr. Knock worked as an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Knock is a certified public accountant and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa. |
