Mr. Phillips was named Vice President of Consulting Services for TSG in September 2005. In his capacity of Vice President of Consulting Services, Craig Phillips is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex business solutions that marry processes with solution development and technology to TSG customers throughout the United States. Prior to his promotion as Vice President, Craig Phillips served as Director of Operations for the Eastern U.S. Region.

Before joining The Signature Group, Mr. Phillips held Senior Systems Engineering positions with First Union National Bank and Bayer Corporation. Some of Mr. Phillips notable projects include leading efforts to integrate large financial services networks in the wake of merger or acquisition activity, the creation of networking architectural standards for major corporations, design and implementation of major call centers, design and integration of large-scale multi-protocol networks, design and consolidation of metropolitan area networks to improve performance and disaster recovery capabilities, and design and migration of mission critical backbone network infrastructure.

Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Indiana University and is certified as a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE).
