D. Craig Dance Craig has practiced at all levels of the trial and appellate courts in Kentucky for 30 years. He handles cases in both federal and state courts. He has also practiced in Tennessee and Ohio. Craig has many years of experience in handling the defense of injury claims of all types. His focus is on the defense of sophisticated products liability cases, personal injury and trucking accidents and insurance bad faith matters. He has also become active as a third party mediator. Craig routinely practices throughout all areas of the state of Kentucky, as well as the local courts in Fayette County.
