His practice area focuses on insolvency-related matters, representation of debtors and secured and unsecured creditors, as well as non-bankruptcy matters involving commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Zucker also has extensive experience handling collection matters, principally in the construction industry. Mr. Zucker is a member of the State Bar of Michigan (Member, Debtor-Creditor Rights Committee), the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. |
