Craig Winder, born at Moses Lake, Washington, is an associate of the firm and a member of the firm's Real Estate and Banking Section. Mr. Winder graduated from Brigham Young University in 1999 (B.A. Political Science). He received his juris doctor degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 2003, where he was Comments Editor of the Pacific Rim Law and Policy Journal, and was awarded the school's annual Hugh Miracle Award for Best Opening Statement. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Winder practiced law in Spokane, Washington, at Paine, Hamblen, Coffin, Brooke & Miller, LLP. His practice concentrates on real estate and land use matters, and corporate law. Mr. Winder also has experience in commercial litigation, and in serving as a mediator.
