Craig M. Gianetti
Associate
Mr. Gianetti concentrates his practice on matters pertaining to the development of residential and commercial real estate, with a focus on affordable housing and COAH matters, land use litigation, and redevelopment law.
He represents clients in securing commercial and residential land use development approvals from municipal, county and state boards and associated regulatory agencies. Mr. Gianetti further conducts due diligence research and prepares detailed reports regarding the viability of real estate projects large and small. He also drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements on behalf of individuals and corporate clients.
Mr. Gianetti has been acknowledged as a principal writer of the Affordable Housing Chapter of the "Local Government Law" New Jersey Practice Series, Volumes 34, 35, 35A, 4th Edition, St. Paul, Minn., West Publishing Company (2007).

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gianetti served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Eugene D. Serpentelli, Assignment Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court, Ocean County Law Division where he assisted in the majority of land use and affordable housing matters in Ocean County.
While attending law school, Mr. Gianetti was Associate Editor of the Law Review.
