Craig Joffe serves as Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of LCA-Vision. Mr. Joffe joined LCA-Vision in March 2003 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In September of 2005, he was promoted to Chief Operating Office, General Counsel and Secretary, and on March 1, 2006, began serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining LCA-Vision, he served as Assistant General Counsel from September 2000 until February 2003 at IAC/InterActiveCorp, a leading publicly-traded interactive commerce company. Prior to joining IAC, he was a general practice associate in the New York and London offices of the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell for over three years, where he concentrated.
