Craig P. Siegenthaler
Craig is a member of the Labor and Employment Practice Group. He is the Collective and Class Action Team Chair, which participates in federal and state court class action litigation involving wage and hour matters, as well as other employment law based claims. Craig is the Recruiting Team, Team Chair, which is primarily responsible for recruiting for the summer associate programs. Admitted to the bars of Kentucky, Virginia and Georgia since 1990, Craig represents corporate entities and management in employment litigation in federal and state courts and in administrative proceedings before the EEOC and state organizations. Craig has counseled companies regarding the gamut of employment issues, including, but not limited to, legal compliance, policies and procedures, restructuring, job accommodations, leaves, benefits, employment contracts, and layoffs and related severance programs. In 2002, Craig served as an adjunct professor for the traditional labor law course for the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.
Craig is also the Assistant Editor of the Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC Law Letter.
