Craig has over 25 years of experience serving tax clients in a variety of industries. He is an expert in the partnership and corporate tax areas, serving a key role in the Corporate Tax and Real Estate Groups of BPM. He also has extensive experience with both equity and mortgage Real Estate Investment Trusts that encompasses REIT formation (including the IPO of one of the industry's keystone equity REITs), tax planning, and compliance. Craig has served as an instructor for training at the office and national levels of national accounting firms, and as speaker/panelist for real estate conferences. Craig recently served as an instructor for FAS 109 and Section 382.
