Joined the law firm as an associate attorney in 1986 and was elected a Shareholder in 1995.

Practice primarily involves day-to-day consultation to a variety of closely-held businesses of all sizes and their owners, including advice and recommended courses of action regarding such areas as start-up formations and choice of entity, family business ownership and succession planning, growth and acquisition strategies, sales of business, strategic and tax-free reorganizations and mergers, as well as a variety of other legal and business counseling to advance the client�s overall objectives and goals.
Experience in business acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and related areas. Has represented buyers and sellers in business sales/acquisition transactions valued in excess of $100M.
