As Vice President of Client Services for Blackboard Inc., a leading provider for e-education systems and solutions worldwide, Craig Chanoff is responsible for managing corporate strategy for client services.
In this role, Craig is leading the charge to enhance Blackboard's client relationships by ensuring exceptional services for the Academic and Commerce Suite solutions. In 2004, Craig raised the bar for service by instituting a dramatically new client support model, which now provides Blackboard clients with a personalized experience. Additionally, Craig served as an instrumental executive team member for the company's Initial Public Offering in June, 2004.
Craig brings more than a decade of significant relationship management, executive leadership and software experience to Blackboard. Prior to joining Blackboard, Craig served as Senior Global Client Support Manager at a supply chain management software company Manugistics Inc.
In addition to his full time responsibilities, Craig has guest-lectured at universities on client support models, software implementation methodologies as well as International Business strategies.
