Mr. Innes joined Centex HomeTeam Services as Senior Vice President, Organizational Development in November 2003. In his current position, he is responsible for all aspects of human resources, marketing and sales support and technical services for HomeTeam. Mr. Innes brings over 30 years of human resources and general management experience to HomeTeam Services, including 20 years with upscale retailer Neiman Marcus Company, where he held a number of management positions including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Strategic Planning, Senior Vice President, Sales Promotions and Senior Vice President, Sales Support Operations. Before joining HomeTeam Services, Mr. Innes held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Human Resources for Sewell Automotive Companies, an $800 million Texas-based automotive dealership group. Previous to joining Sewell, Mr. Innes served as President of CareStream Corporation, a subsidiary of FoxMyer Health Corporation. Mr. Innes holds an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University, where he also received his B.A. degree in Social Science. He is actively involved in numerous community service organizations including Special Camps for Special Kids and the SMU Cox School of Business. |
