Craig Komanecki practices primarily in the area of technology and intellectual property transactions. This includes negotiating, drafting and analyzing IP licensing agreements, purchase agreements and consulting agreements. He regularly works with lawyers in the corporate practice performing all aspects of IP and IT due diligence. Craig also advises clients on data privacy and security matters.
Prior to and during law school, Craig obtained broad-based experience working with university technology transfer offices and emerging technology companies on intellectual property matters, including review of intellectual property portfolios and technology disclosures, as well as in business development, marketing and FDA compliance. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he conducted extensive research for prominent institutions in the areas of molecular biology and cardiovascular physiology.
