Prior to CCS Group:
Lindquist cultivated his entrepreneurial interests in the service of two national contracting companies, where over a 14-year span he advanced through the ranks from field engineer to division manager. He followed those stints with a four-year tour as executive vice president of a St. Louis-based real estate developer where he oversaw all construction and field operations. He entered the consulting profession in 1988. In that capacity, he managed projects, did CPM scheduling and became proficient in dispute avoidance and resolution.
