Craig is an experienced consultant and has extensive experience conducting Six Sigma training both DMAIC and in DMADV design processes. He also has experience adapting DMAIC materials to individual business environments. He has worked with senior management in a variety of industry segments to aid in solving problems and suggesting ways to increase effectiveness and profit. In turn, he has facilitated the development of company mission, vision and strategic plans for many organizations. He has worked with many clients including GE Capital, Johnson & Johnson, Sears, Quest and holds a M.B.A. from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. |
