Craigie is an associate in the real estate department. He focuses his practice on land use planning and development matters. In addition to having extensive experience in working with elected and appointed government officials, Craigie has experience conducting neighborhood and community meetings. As a former city planner, he also has experience in comprehensive planning, rezoning matters, Board of Adjustment requests, plan amendments, historic preservation matters and city ordinance revisions.
Representative Matters
Represented several major developers with neighbors and at neighborhood meetings, in working with planning department staff, at public hearings before the Durham Planning Commission, Durham City Council, Durham Board of County Commissioners and Raleigh Citizens Advisory Council meetings.
Regularly represents developers and others in residential, commercial and office land use matters.
