Cristin provides skilled representation to the firm�s estate and succession planning clients, which includes counseling them in the areas of estate planning and administration, trust and probate administration. As a part of her practice, Cristin assists families of varying net worth in planning their legacy, including coordinating the planning between family generations. She also counsels clients who split their residency between Ohio and Florida or have changed their domicile permanently to the state of Florida. Cristin is a member of The Cleveland Professional 2030 Club, Lorain County Young Republicans, and the American, Ohio, Florida and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. As a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, she also belongs to its Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Section. Cristin received her bachelor of arts degree in humanities, majoring in history, from The Ohio State University in 1999 and her juris doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003. She previously was an attorney with Smith and Condeni LLP before joining Calfee in 2005. |
