Mr. Hecker has served as director, president, and chief executive officer of Intermountain Community Bancorp since 1997. He joined Panhandle State Bank in 1995 as executive vice president and from 1996 to 2001 served as the Bank's president. In addition, Mr. Hecker has held the offices of chief executive officer and director of the Bank since 1996. Currently, he is a member of the following board committees: Executive, Loan Review, Compliance, Risk Management, Compensation, and Technology/Operations. Mr. Hecker also chairs the Bank's Executive Management and Asset/Liability committees. Prior to joining IMCB/PSB, Mr. Hecker worked for West One Bank (formerly Idaho First National Bank) from 1984 to 1995. Mr Hecker is also a member of the Board of Directors of Coldwater Creek, Inc. In 2004, he was chairman of Coldwater's Compensation committee, and currently chairs the Corporate Governance committee and serves on the Audit and Executive committees. |
