Cy started his insurance career in 1950....1950! Having a vast history in sales prepared him well for becoming an agency owner in Mansfield, MA. Deciding that it was time for a change in 1998, he sold his agency and took a long needed break. While Cy enjoys boating, there is only so much time you can spend on the water, Cy decided to take down sail and gradually got back into the industry selling insurance in the Boothbay Harbor area where he summers. Art, you know Art Seifert (President of Lighthouse) called him to come over to the wholesale side of the business in 2002. Little did Art know what he was asking for when he asked his own father to join the Lighthouse team (we still think he is kicking himself for that one). |
