Cyndi started with Ajilon in 1998 as a branch manager in the La Palma office. She not only contributed to stellar sales growth for the branch, but she built a tremendous team of staffing professionals that enabled the branch to move into the top 20 company-wide in profitability in just six months! Her phenomenal results led to her earning Rookie Branch Manager of the Year award. Cyndi was soon promoted to Area Manager of the San Diego and Carlsbad branches where she successfully rebuilt the staff, integrated new business units and opened Ajilon Office divisions in the region. Her branches enjoyed strong growth and she was recognized with an Area Manager of the Year award. In 2000 she was promoted to Regional Vice President overseeing the Southern California region. During her tenure she opened a number of Ajilon Office branches and helped start the new Ajilon Solutions division. She has been nominated for RVP of the Year two different times while her regions consistently ranked within the top-three company-wide for profitability. In her new role as Senior Vice President, she now oversees the entire West Coast for Ajilon, and in 2006 she received the President's Leadership Award for significant career achievements with the company. Cyndi has been a major contributor to the training team since she joined in 2002, continues to lead one of the company�s top regions and has made huge contributions to Ajilon�s internal talent base by attracting and developing top sales professionals for the company.
