Cynthia Cretan is an associate in ECJ's Litigation law department. Ms. Cretan focuses on a broad range of litigation matters including general business and commercial litigation, copyright and trademark litigation, unlawful and unfair business practice litigation, and environmental and land use litigation.
Ms. Cretan graduated Order of the Coif from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law in 2004. While in law school, Ms. Cretan was Executive Editor of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of California at Berkeley in 2000.
Ms. Cretan has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2004. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
