Ms. Lamar-Hart has practiced in the area of Wills, Estates and Trusts since 1989. She regularly represents individuals in the estate planning process, as well as individual and corporate fiduciaries in the area of estate and trust administration and estate and trust litigation. Her estate planning practice focuses primarily on assisting clients with the thoughtful management of their wealth and appropriate planning for family members with special needs and circumstances, and includes sophisticated will and trust drafting; income, estate and gift tax planning; charitable planning; insurance and employee benefit planning; and a variety of wealth transfer techniques. Her estate administration practice is designed to help clients fulfill their testamentary and tax objectives, while strengthening family relationships. She regularly advises individual and corporate fiduciaries and has successfully represented corporate fiduciaries such as the Personal Trust Department of Regions Bank and First American Bank in numerous court proceedings.
