Cynthia M. Certo graduated, cum laude, from Villanova University in 1987 with a B.S. in Economics. She earned her law degree in 1994 from the Temple University Law School. While in law school, Ms. Certo served as an intern for U.S. District Judge Franklin S. Van Antwerpen. Ms. Certo concentrates her practice in the area of commercial vehicle and transportation litigation. Ms. Certo is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy of Temple University, a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA), as well as a member of the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association. She also serves as a Volunteer Attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates. Ms. Certo was named one of Pennsylvania's "Lawyers on the Fast Track" by American Lawyer Media, publishers of The Legal Intelligencer and the Pennsylvania Law Weekly. |
