Cynthia has worked for Rolm, IBM and Siemens in both front-line operational roles and tactical and strategic HR roles. A rare mix that makes her not only highly skilled but perfect for our company.
A Master's graduate in Human Resources Management and Behavioural Development, Cynthia's last role was with Comcast in the US, Human Resources for the Atlantic Division. Overseeing and shaping all aspects of HR for more than 11,000 people, she drove the people agenda in numerous integrations and acquisitions by Comcast of other cable companies over the last 10 years. |
